2.2 We are not a hospital, clinic, medical practitioner, or healthcare provider. We do not practise medicine and do not provide any medical service, diagnosis, or treatment.

2.3 Listings, profiles, fees, timings, and availability are provided by the respective doctors or clinics, or compiled from publicly available sources, and may change without notice.

3. NO MEDICAL ADVICE

• Content on the Platform is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Always seek the advice of a qualified medical practitioner with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
• Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read on the Platform.
• In a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.

4. APPOINTMENTS & CONSULTATIONS

4.1 Where the Platform facilitates an appointment request, it acts only as a technology intermediary between you and the doctor or clinic.

4.2 Any consultation, examination, advice, or treatment is solely between you and the doctor or clinic. We are not a party to, and are not responsible for, the outcome of any consultation.

4.3 Confirmation, rescheduling, cancellation, fees, and refunds for any consultation are subject to the policies of the concerned doctor or clinic.

5. USER CONDUCT

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Platform in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful, or for any unauthorised or malicious purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to, scrape, harvest, or disrupt the Platform, its servers, or its data.
• Post or transmit any content that is false, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or that violates the rights of any person.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

6. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

While we make reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that any information on the Platform is complete, current, or error-free. You are responsible for verifying details directly with the doctor or clinic before acting on them.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Top Doctor or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written permission.

8. PRIVACY

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Top Doctor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, any listing, or any consultation or treatment obtained through a doctor or clinic listed on the Platform.

10. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Top Doctor, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or your breach of these Terms.

11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
