1. This website www.topdoctor.co.in is hereby referred as TopDoctors and any person who may or may not be a patient, browsing or using this website is referred hereby as a Visitor/User of this website.
2. Purpose of this website is to provide free information of India doctors like their name, qualification, contact details, clinic/hospital, merits, etc. to general public/society who based on this information can search and find appropriate doctors (out of only those who are registered on our website and have created their Doctor Profiles on TopDoctors so they are searchable due to their online presence on the website) for their treatment, and also can contact that particular doctor/hospital/clinic through this website or directly by him/her outside of this website.
3. TopDoctors does not offer the direct function – “Book an Appointment” with the doctor on the website. It only provides details/information (as mentioned in point no. 2 above) of doctors (who are listed here) for facilitating the decision making and selecting the right doctor. Then after the Patient/Visitor/User can Contact the doctor/clinic/hospital as mentioned in above point no. 2 or below point no. 9.
4. We do not store any data as such of Visitors/Users on this website as there is no any function of record keeping – personal, medical or any other as such. This website is just a directory or listing for people’s benefit on which one can browse or search to find an appropriate India doctor, contact now or later / may not contact, and leave the website.
5. TopDoctors store details (as mentioned in point no. 7) of Doctors only (who are listed on it) which is governed by consented ‘Terms and Conditions’ under area of Doctor’s Registration/Sign Up process.
6. The details or information of doctors depicted on this website are directly put up by doctors or hospitals/clinics themselves when they register and create their doctor profile on TopDoctors.
7. The particulars of doctors on this website like name, qualification, speciality, experience years, consultation charge, clinic/hospital address, landline and/or mobile number, timings, merits, etc. all are mentioned by the doctor or hospital/clinic and are subject to change/vary from time to time, as per doctor’s and/or hospital/clinic’s practice and availability. Therefore, it will be website visitor’s or user’s responsibility to verify these details at the time of their use or requirement.
8. TopDoctors is requesting doctors/hospitals/clinics to provide and maintain their recent or updated data in their doctor profile or listing at all the times. But in no case, TopDoctors will be liable for any old, different or not updated details of doctors/physicians/surgeons on this website.
9. When a visitor/user tries to Contact a particular doctor/hospital/clinic through a Contact/Call button there on this website - an SMS Notification (which is a Transaction nature message) from TopDoctors containing mobile numbers of visitor/user and doctor is sent immediately to each other on that visitor/user’s and doctor/hospital/clinic’s mobile number about that ‘doctor contact action’. This SMS is consent based notification and is sent only after confirming visitor/user’s and doctor’s permission/consent. And so, these SMS notifications from TopDoctors will not be liable for any claims of whatsoever nature by that user/visitor’s and/or doctor’s mobile number or its respective service provider telecom company of breaking or going against their Do Not Disturb (DND) Registrations and/or Terms if any.
10. The contents of this website or details of doctors should not be copied, reproduced or reused elsewhere for any other purpose. All rights of this website and its contents are reserved by TopDoctors.in.
11. No unauthorized attempt should be made to access any doctor’s profile or account and/or extract, alter any content of this website. Any such unofficial act will be liable to taking legal actions, on involved persons/attempts.
12. In case of any dispute if arise with TopDoctors, all claims will be subject to Kanpur (Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India) Jurisdiction.
